These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern purchases made through this website or webstore (the “Webstore”), operated by BOBW, LLC (“BOBW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Webstore or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Webstore. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Webstore or place an order.

Orders may only be placed through the Webstore. We do not accept orders by phone, email, or any other method unless expressly stated.

All content available on the Webstore, including without limitation text, designs, product images, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio, software, trademarks, and other materials (the “Content”), is owned by or licensed to BOBW, its partners, artists, licensors, or rights holders.

The Webstore and its Content are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell, exploit, or otherwise use any part of the Webstore or Content without our prior written consent.

V. Use of the Webstore

You agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the Webstore or its servers;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Webstore, user accounts, or related systems;

  • use the Webstore for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes;

  • upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code;

  • scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Webstore without authorization;

  • impersonate any person or entity;

  • use the Webstore or Content for commercial purposes without authorization.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Webstore if we believe these Terms have been violated.

VI. Products

The Webstore may offer physical products, including apparel, accessories, limited-edition merchandise, pre-order products, and other items.

Products are available only in the sizes, colors, and variants displayed on the Webstore. If a size, color, or variant is not shown, it is unavailable.

Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Minor differences may exist between product images and the actual product, including differences in color, fabric appearance, finishing, placement, sizing, or packaging.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

VII. Custom, Personalized, Limited-Edition, and Final Sale Products

Certain products may be customized or personalized according to customer specifications, including but not limited to names, numbers, initials, patches, prints, or other custom elements.

Custom and personalized products are made according to the information provided by the customer and are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or credited, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all personalization details are accurate before placing an order, including spelling, numbers, size, color, shipping address, and quantities.

Certain products may also be marked as limited edition, pre-order, final sale, or all sales final. Such products are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless required by applicable law or unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

VIII. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

  • you are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;

  • all information provided in connection with your order is accurate and complete;

  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to reject, modify, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund for the cancelled item(s) using the original payment method where possible.

IX. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be sent as soon as possible to support@bobwstudio.com with the order number and requested change.

We may be unable to modify or cancel an order once it has entered production, fulfillment, personalization, or shipping.

For custom, personalized, limited-edition, pre-order, or final sale products, modification and cancellation deadlines may be displayed on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation. After the applicable deadline, the order becomes final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

X. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are displayed on the Webstore in $ , unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import fees, or other charges unless expressly stated. Such charges may be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, except in the event of an obvious pricing error.

Promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.

XI. Payment

We may accept payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment options.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds or credit are available.

We may use fraud detection tools and may delay, reject, or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

XII. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, high order volumes, holidays, incorrect shipping information, manufacturing delays, pre-order timelines, or events outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, we may cancel and refund the order, less shipping costs and any non-refundable fees where permitted by law.

XIII. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order products will be displayed on the product page where available.

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, supply chain, artist approval, carrier, or other delays.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship the order once all items are available or split the shipment at our discretion.

XIV. International Orders, Customs, and Import Duties

Products ordered for delivery outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

International deliveries may take longer than domestic deliveries due to customs processing and carrier delays.

XV. Returns and Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated, eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, complete, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless required by applicable law or unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:

  • custom or personalized products;

  • limited-edition products;

  • final sale products;

  • pre-order products marked as final sale;

  • worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged products;

  • products without original tags or packaging;

  • opened media or sealed products once unsealed, where applicable.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

XVI. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us atsupport@bobwstudio.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where applicable.

If we determine that the issue was caused by our error, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, washing, handling, alteration, or customer misuse.

XVII. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable law.

If only part of an order is returned, any shipping or promotional discounts may be adjusted accordingly.

XVIII. Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received.

XIX. Gift Cards

If gift cards are offered, additional terms may apply. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

XX. Third-Party Services

The Webstore may use or link to third-party platforms, tools, apps, payment processors, shipping providers, or services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or practices.

XXI. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Webstore and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated or required by law.

We do not warrant that the Webstore will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

XXII. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOBW, LLC and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

XXIII. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOBW, LLC and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Webstore, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.

XXIV. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, supply chain delays, pandemics, governmental actions, customs delays, carrier delays, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

XXV. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Webstore, or any purchase shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

XXVI. Electronic Communications

By using the Webstore or placing an order, you agree that communications from us may be provided electronically, including by email or notices posted on the Webstore.

You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
